Mekong Enterprise Fund bán 1 triệu cp MWG
Theo thông tin từ Trung tâm lưu ký chứng khoán Việt Nam (VSD), Quỹ Mekong Enterprise Fund II đã chuyển nhượng tổng cộng 1 triệu cp CTCP Đầu tư Thế Giới Di Động (HOSE: MWG).
Bên nhận chuyển nhượng là Deutsche Bank AG London 640,520 cp, Russell Investments Institutional Funds Public Ltd company 311,980 và KT Zmico Securities Company Ltd 47,500 cp MWG.
Đồng thời, Chambers Street Global Fund, LP cũng chuyển nhượng gần 150,000 cp MWG cho bên nhận là hai quỹ Russell Trust Company Commingled Employee Benefit Funds Trust Russell Emerging Markets Fund (107,820 cp) và Russell Trust Company Commingled Employee Benefit Funds Trust Russell Frontier Markets Equity Fund (42,170 cp).
